Tanner Sheldon, aka "Turtle Boi", is 14-years-old from Harrisburg, IL, and is a master scuba diver. He is also extremely passionate about keeping Southern Illinois beautiful! He regularly spends days picking up bags of trash from the country roads throughout Saline County. I had a chance to talk with Tanner on this morning's Kent in the Country Morning Show, and he was able to showcase his "Earth Day Challenge" for 2022. Starting April 1st, and running through May 1st, take a picture with a sack of trash that you've picked up, share it with the hastag, #turtleboi, and you could win some pretty cool prizes! It's the 2nd-most-unrealistic reality show in all of television...ABC's the Bachelorette! Lots of rumors surrounding this season, so I'm dubbing this the "2020 Craziness Edition". The show is crazy enough, but throw in all these rumors, in the middle of a pandemic, and you're really gonna have some wild stuff goin' on!
