Coach of the Volunteers, Tyler Smithpeters, joined Talkin Vols on Tuesday. The Vols opened the year at Three Rivers College with an 0-2 record. Coach Smithpeters talked with Dave McKenzie about the start to the year.
The John A. Logan College baseball and softball programs received a large donation from the Harrison Bruce Foundation on Thursday morning. The donation will go to the construction of a brand new player development center, located between the two teams' fields.
