Friday night Murphysboro boys' basketball coach Daryl Murphy collected his 600th career win with a 63-54 win at Massac County.  Voice of the Red Devils, Matt Varney, met up with Murphy after the win to discuss the game and winning 600 games.

The Carbondale Terriers bounced back from a devastating 49-7 blowout loss to Murphysboro in Week 1 with a massive 23-10 upset win over Mt. Vernon in Week 2.  Coach Bryan Lee talked about that turn around, what the focus leading in to the game with Mt. Carterville coach Brett Diel is hoping his team can repeat their Week 9 performance against Harrisburg as the Lions gear up to face the Bulldogs for the second week in a row - this time in the postseason.  Voice of the Lions, Dave McKenzie, caught up with Coach Diel before Saturday's game:
