The Murphysboro Red Devils got a nice surprise last Saturday when pairings were announced.  The 6-3 Red Devils were gifted a home game as the #7 team in the 4A bracket.  Coach Gary Carter spoke with Matt Varney about their opponent, #10 Macomb, and the past few weeks for the Red Devils:

The Chester Yellow Jackets were the first team selected as the John A. Logan College Team of the Week for the 2024 football season.

Matt Varney spoke with head coach Bill Belton, quarterback Zain Al-Jassim, and wide receiver Devante Palacios when delivering the award to Chester!

The Benton Rangerettes were selected as the Team of the Week in Week 11 of the Basketball season after they defeated Hamilton County in their Regional Final 36-19.  Head Coach Andy Sloan talked with Matt Varney about that game, the future for the program, and more:
