Thursday night Herrin's school board hired Stephanie Allen as their next athletic director, marking the first time the Herrin Athletic Department will be headed up by a woman. The Johnston City Indians had to fight for a win over #14 Auburn last week but they came out on top 16-8. Now they're headed to #11 Breese (Mater Dei) this Saturday, a team that presents a lot of problems. Matt Varney and head coach of the Indians, Todd Thomas, discussed both games and solutions to the Breese Mater Dei Knights.
