Matt Varney talked to Saluki coach Nick Hill about Qua Brown entering the transfer portal on Monday and the long gap between seasons on Tuesday's media teleconference

Brad Norman joined Murphysboro earlier this spring as Head Golf Coach and assistant basketball coach.  He took the reins on Wednesday at the Benton Summer Shootout and led the Red Devils to a 2-1 record in pool play, getting wins over Jerseyville and Freeburg.  He and the voice of the Red Devils, Matt Varney, discussed the day and joining the program:

Saluki head football coach Nick Hill joined us after his club's big win at Indiana State on Saturday. Up next, it's a very special Senior Day as the Dawgs (7-3, 5-2) battle Youngstown State. A win gets them in the FCS Playoffs, and maybe a share of the MVFC title with some help elsewhere.
