Tuesday morning, Steeleville girls basketball coach Clint Cowan announced he had accepted the position of Athletic Director at Steeleville.

I am happy to announce that I have accepted the Athletic Directors job at Steeleville High School. I am very excited about this new challenge. I will remain the girls basketball coach as well. Cowan says he will remain girls basketball coach at the school.  He led the program to a 12-16 finish in his first season at the helm, concluding in a double overtime 56-49 loss to Gibault Catholic in the New Athens 1A Regional.
