PERRY COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – The victim in the fatal crash in Perry County has been identified.

44 year old Ralph Jones of Benton was killed on the evening of Saturday, February 3rd on IL 154.

A 36 year old woman, Lisa Boling, crossed the center line for unknown reasons and hit Jones’ car head on. Boling also had three children in her vehicle. 

Boling and one child were flown from the scene with serious injuries and the other two children were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
