The Centralia Orphans remain the top dog in Southern Illinois entering Week 10 of the season.
The Benton Rangers and Mt. Vernon Rams are once again challenging for the throne, both within striking distance and Benton receiving a first place vote.
Plenty of movement happened in the positions #6 thru #10. Most impressive, the Vienna Eagles climbed to #8 after a dominant win over Murphysboro this past Saturday.
