MURPHYSBORO, Ill. (WJPF) – Authorities in Jackson County are investigating a fatal stabbing at Kinkaid Lake.

Police were called around 9:00 p.m. Friday to the Paul Ice Boat Ramp.

A 19-year-old Murphysboro man died of his injuries.  His name has not been released.  Nathan Randall 18, also of Murphysboro, has been arrested in connection to the incident.
