WASHINGTON, D.C. (WJPF) — Mike Bost is one of the 106 Republican members of Congress who are supporting a lawsuit attempting to block electors from Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia from certifying their election results.

The suit was filed on Tuesday by the Texas Attorney General who claims mail-in voting in those four states was unconstitutional.

The Electoral College is scheduled to meet on Monday to cast their votes. Congress is scheduled to vote on certifying the results Jan. 6.

Joe Biden won Illinois by over one million votes.
