FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) — A Franklin County man has been charged with Aggravated Sexual Abuse.

Arnold Saltsman, 52, was arrested at his home in Ewing on Thanksgiving.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Saltsman’s arrest was the result of months-long investigation.

Saltsman is out free after posting a $150,000 bail.
