MURPHYSBORO, Ill. (WJPF) — The trial of Jody Pullen, Jr continues Wednesday in Murphysboro.

Jury selection wrapped up late Tuesday. Opening statements were then given and then the prosecution began presenting its case.

Pullen faces multiple charges including attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery, and aggravated discharge of a firearm in connection to an April 12, 2019 shooting in downtown Carbondale that sent four to the hospital including patrons on the Tres Hombres patio.
