DU QUOIN, IL. (WJPF) — Six-time Olympic medalist, and East St. Louis native, Jackie Joyner-Kersee will be the grand marshal for this year’s Twilight Parade at the Du Quoin State Fair.
The parade kicks off the fair Friday at 6:00 PM.
