Friday morning, Carbondale Community High School announced Tommy Holder is taking over their boys’ basketball program.  Holder takes over for Jim Miller who made a short return to the Terriers sideline the past two seasons.

Miller steps aside with a career record of 551-391.  He was 447-259 at Carbondale.  Holder was 11-19 at Sesser-Valier in the 2022-23 season before joining Miller on the Carbondale bench.

Holder also coached at Rend Lake College on the late 2010s, accumulating a 32-61 record in three seasons.
