MARION, Ill. (WJPF) – A woman has been arrested after making a threatening remark in a Williamson County courtroom.
Kalea Ricketts was ordered to be removed from a courtroom on November 27 after a profane outburst.
Ricketts outburst was the result of the State’s Attorney’s refusal to “drop charges” and a no contact order against her boyfriend who was appearing before the court.
She threatened courthouse security that she was going to go home to get a gun and come back to kill everyone.
Deputies found Ricketts in the 200-block of Jackson Street in Marion.
She was charged with Making A Terrorist Threat and taken to the Williamson County Jail.
