Former Saluki star Marcus Domask signed with the Chicago Bulls Thursday night after the conclusion of the NBA Draft.  Domask signed an Exhibit-10 deal, allows a franchise to convert a player (specifically on a non-guaranteed one-year minimum) to a two-way contract.

Domask is one of only two Salukis to score 1,600 points and have 500 rebounds and 300 assists.  The other was SIU Hall of Famer Darren Brooks.  Domask finished his SIU career ranked 9th in scoring with 1,615 points in 106 games.  His 35.2 minutes per game ranks first in SIU history.

He transferred to Illinois to finish out his college career where he averaged 15.9 points and 5.0 rebounds this past season.  He, along with Minnesota Timberwolves draft pick Terrance Shannon Jr., led the Fighting Illini to their first Elite Eight since 2005.  They fell to eventual champion UConn.

The Chicago Bulls missed the postseason this past year with a record of 39-43.

Domask is expected to be on the Bulls roster for the NBA Summer League from July 12 to July 22.
