CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – Arrest warrants have been issued for two juveniles in connection to a shooting earlier this month in Carbondale.

Carbondale Police and the Jackson County State’s Attorney’s Office both say the names of the suspects will not be released because of their age.

According to Carbondale Police, on the night of May 9 an ongoing disagreement between known acquaintances led to three people being shot in the 500 block of South Rawlings Street. Two were seriously injured and are still hospitalized.
