CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – Street parking along the Carbondale Strip is no longer free.

The City of Carbondale says all parking meters and payment kiosks are in good working condition. Parking rules will be enforced Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Monthly and yearly parking permits can be purchased at city hall.
