CARMI, Ill. (WJPF) – Autopsy results are still pending, but authorities in Carmi say no foul play is suspected after a dead body was found in a shed earlier this week.

The body was found Wednesday night in an advanced state of decay.

Authorities think the deceased may have been homeless. Police have been called to the location in the past for complaints of a squatter.
