SESSER, Ill. (WJPF) – Former Franklin County Board Member and Chairman Randall Crocker has passed away after a short battle with cancer.

Crocker served on the Franklin County Board for 22 years and was key to the planning and construction of the new Franklin County Courthouse.  He was also a member of the Rend Lake Board of Trustees for 21 years.

Visitation is planned for Wednesday night and the funeral on Thursday. Arrangements are being handled by Brayfield-Gilbert Funeral Home in Sesser.

Randall Crocker was 70 years old.
