CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – A Carbondale woman has been arrested in connection to a pair of burglaries.
Carbondale Police say on August 24, 26-year-old Antonia Turby robbed a business on East Main Street and then, on September 3, robbed another business on West Main Street.
Carbondale Police arrested Turby on Saturday at a home in the 400 block of East Poplar Street and found property inside taken from the businesses.
Antonia Turby was taken to the Jackson County Jail on two counts of burglary and criminal damage to property. At the time of her arrest, Turby also had an outstanding warrant out of Jackson County for failing to appear in court on a criminal damage to property charge.
