With a little more than two weeks before the June 28 primary election, a new front-runner in the race for the Republican nomination for governor has emerged.

A Chicago Sun-TimeS/WBEZ poll indicates state Sen. Darren Baily in the lead with 32 percent of support from 680 respondents. Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin, who led in early polls, has slipped to 17 percent.  Jesse Sullivan got 11 percent. The remaining four candidates got less than 10 percent of the votes.
