CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) — A Carbondale man faces charges including home invasion and aggravated battery.

Carbondale Police say just after 11:30 a.m. Friday, Eric Lescault, 34, forced his way into a home on South Lewis Lane. Police say once inside, Lescault physically attacked the person inside the home. That person received a minor injury.

Eric Lescault was booked into the Jackson County Jail.
