GALLATIN COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) — A Harrisburg man is now wanted in connection to the recent murder of Mishealia Meredith.

The 19-year-old was shot to death on Sunday. Her body was found in a remote part of Gallatin County.

Illinois State Police say 36-year-old Alexander McWilliams should be considered armed and dangerous.

McWilliams is African American. He stands about 5’10” tall and weighs about 215 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
