UNION COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) — A Washington state man has been arrested on Union County child pornography charges.

Dmitry Seleznev, 26, now sits in a Vancouver jail.

In September, the Union County State’s Attorney’s Office filed charges against Seleznev for child pornography, indecent solicitation of a child, travelling to meet a minor, and grooming.

An over-the-road truck driver, Seleznev is accused of using social media to target at least three underage girls in southern Illinois and is thought to have victimized children across the county.
