It’s a Southern Illinois landmark. The Bald Knob Cross of Peace in Alto Pass has been shining brightly for the entire world to see for decades. If you’ve lived in Southern Illinois for any length of time, chances are you’ve been to the top of that hill, sat down, and admired the cross! This year has been exceptionally tough for the funds needed to keep the cross shining. You have an opportunity to help out!
