One man has been arrested after authorities say he took a golf club to the windows of the Mt Vernon federal building, breaking ten of them.

According to police, 23 year old Demetruis Clark has been charged with Felony Criminal Damage to Property over $10,000 and Resisting Arrest.

Investigators still aren’t sure what set Clark off.

The damage caused the Social Security office located in the building to close early Tuesday.
